Universal Yoga is a multi-faceted system of yogic methodology representing the essential approaches to yoga as a spiritual science. In correspondence with the ancient yoga system of the mayakosha (sheaths/layers of the self), aspirants nurture compassion for themselves and all beings while maintaining a creative approach to their lifestyle and yogic practices.
Relaxing Stretch with Singing Bowls 6:15 – 7:15pm Fridays
Help release tension accumulated. Session ends with a nice, long shavasana accompanied by the vibe of singing bowls. Perfect to end a hectic week and welcome the energetic weekend ahead.
Universal Yoga 7:30 – 9pm Friday
Practice on cross-mat with alternating asanas connected with vinyasa. There will also be breathing, meditation and visualization to bring about a complete union of the body and mind.
June has been a dedicated Universal Yoga practitioner and teacher since 2007. Through yoga, she has realized that true beauty comprises of both healthy body and soul. She aspires to share the benefits of yoga with people and hope that we find bliss as she did.
